Freightliner Chassis Owners Club would like to invite our members to Northeast Indiana for our annual membership meeting and election of officers to be held at the Elkhart Campground, 25608 County Road 4 East, Elkhart, Indiana June 26-30, 2023 The event fee of $425.00 will include 50 amp full hookup pull thru solid sites. The cost for one in a unit is $335.00, and add $135.00 for each additional person staying within a members coach. Included in this fee are four nights of camping, four catered dinners, four breakfasts, entertainment, a ladies outing, 50/25/25 drawings, vendor seminars, a Freightliner Service Tech to answer your questions, and a charity auction. We are also hoping to bring a local Freightliner Oasis Dealer on board for service appointments. Camp Freightliner will be held on Saturday and Sunday, June 24 & 25 prior to the rally. You must be registered for the rally in order to be eligible to attend Camp Freightliner. Details on how to enroll for the class will be included in your confirmation letter if you state that you would like to attend. There is an additional charge for Camp Freightliner.
Northeast Indiana is home to many motor home manufacturers so if you are need ing service done, call to get those appointments now. Additionally Nappanee Indiana is home of the Newmar Factory, and we are expecting tours of the plant to be available at rally time. Other RV manufacturer tours are also a possibility. Elkhart is also home of the RV/MH Hall of fame and museum, and a special deal is being worked out for our members to visit for a special price at their leisure.
The rally is very close to Shipshewana, Indiana, home to one of the largest flea mar kets in the country. It is held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.
Additionally we will be very near South Bend Indiana, home of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and Auburn Indiana, home of the Auburn, Cord, & Duesenberg Museum, the National Automotive and Truck Museum, and to the Ford V-8 Museum This time of the year should be great for visiting the “Quilt Gardens’ where 12’ square flower gardens are planted along scenic country roads to represent quilt squares. Maps will be available for navigating the long driving route. Be sure to register promptly to insure your spot as we will be limited to 100 coaches for the rally, and 25 for Camp Freightliner.
